Embroidery
evening

Our first community event brought people together for an evening of embroidery, conversation, and slowing down. In the middle of a busy December, guests gathered around long tables to create something by hand, whether for themselves or for someone else, embracing the imperfections that naturally come with the process.

The evening was shaped by curiosity, shared creativity, and conversations drifting from table to table. People leaned in to look, touch, ask questions, and exchange stories, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere where strangers quickly became familiar faces. Rather than focusing on the outcome, the event celebrated uneven stitches, tangled yarn, and the idea that creating does not have to be perfect to be meaningful.

With candlelight, handmade details, and a table setting inspired by Danish winter hygge, the evening became a reminder of the value of slowing down, being present, and connecting with the people right in front of us.
